Level 17, also known as The Techno Blue, is a seemingly infinite house with lavishly painted white walls and many of the objects in this level have a hint of aqua somewhere in them. The computers within the level will not run anything at all past the start screen and have no internet, but they are functional in terms of moving the mouse.

Many different types of furnishings can be seen throughout the level, including aqua beds, aqua microwaves, technology ranging from about 2004 to 2013 (but all are mostly non functional apart from the aqua microwave), and many other things aqua.

For the sound in the level, the level is completely silent apart from the sounds you yourself create and the gentle hum of outdated technology. The air is fresh and clean as opposed to some of the other levels.
